Steve Friederang offers one-on-one coaching, either on Zoom, anywhere in the world, or in person.
One-on-one coaching can include a combination of detailed goal setting and tracking, race or underwater video and analysis and comparison with ideal strokes, dryland, training and more.
Our in person dryland includes over 40K of specialized swim dryland exercises specific to the needs of the individual swimmer.
Our training mentoring includes annual improvement analysis, stroke count, split analysis, drop-off (how much you slow down from your best 50 or 100 to your best 100 and 200 for example), pulse rates and stroke rates, etc.
We know from experience the more you know the more fun our great sport is. Every lap in practice should have a reason once you are a competitive swimmer who loves to improve and win! We help you understand what your coach is gong after and how you can make the most of every day in the water and in between.

There’s a reason Steve is the most popular one on one coach in California and people around the world work with him for accountable results and to “make swimming faster fun.”
Example here is with Macky Hodges, freshman swimmer and Olympic trials qualifier at USC. She was so improved after this a commentator on television point out her turns were remarkable only a month later!
