If you are unsatisfied with a physical purchase made on Competitive Swimmer, you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your order to begin a return request through our contact form. You will be responsible for return shipping of the product, and will be refunded the full purchase amount of the product only upon arrival of the product to our warehouse.
If an item arrives damaged or a product breaks under normal usage conditions, Competitive Swimmer will send replacements parts or a new product replacement, free of charge.
If you are unsatisfied with any subscription purchases, you have three days to send a request through our contact form after the renewal date of your subscription to request a refund. No refund will be given for new subscribers at this time.
